(一)语法指南:
英语语句基本句型
语言是千变万化的,要掌握语言,必须掌握语言的核心。动词句型可说是语言的核心,是骨干。因此要对英语有比较全面的了解,应当抓住英语动词句型(english verb patterns)。掌握好这些基本句型,就可为灵活运用语言打下基础。
英语语句共有以下几种基本句型:
(1)主语+系动词+表语(+状语)
the weather is getting quite warm.
天气变得相当暖和。
i feel down today.
我今天心情不佳。
it sounds a good idea.
这听起来是个好主意。
(2)主语+谓语(不及物动词)(+状语)
they sat together very quietly.
他们静静地坐在一起。
she swims like a fish.
她游起泳来像条鱼。
(3)主语+谓语(及物动词)+宾语(+状语)
shall i call a taxi?
我要不要叫一辆出租车?
he left school in 1998.
他1998年从学校毕业。
would you mind waiting a few minutes?
可否劳驾等几分钟?
(4)主语+谓语(及物动词)+间接宾语+直接宾语(+状语)
he handed me the letter(the letter to me).
他把信递给了我。

(5)主语+谓语+宾语+宾语补足语(+状语)
sit down and make yourself comfortable.
坐下来,不要拘束。
they called their daughter mary.

(6)there be +主语+状语
there are many story books in his schoolbag.
她的书包里有好多故事书。
there is a very nice cup on the table.
桌子上有一只非常漂亮的杯子。
注:从以上例子可以看出,英语的句子以谓语为中心,前面是行为的执行者(被动语态例外),后面接动作的承受者。状语可以置于句首,也可以置于谓语部分(谓语+宾语+宾语补足语)之后。一般说来,置于句首的多是时间、条件和原因,至于谓语部分之后的是地点、方式、原因、目的、时间和伴随成分。

(二)重点句子详解:
1. what sort of car?
* sort 作名词时,意为“种类”“类型”,常与of连用。
如:
he had some sort of an english accent.
他有某种英国口音。
pop music is the sort she likes most.
流行音乐是她最喜欢的一种音乐。
* sort 作名词时,意思与“kind”比较接近。kind 指确实具有共同性质或特征的人或事物所形成的“种类”;而sort指大体相似的人或事物所构成的“种类”。前者比后者正式;后者多用于口语或商业用语中,有时还带有轻蔑的意味。二者有时可互换使用。
如:
she is kind of woman who likes to help other people.
她是那种乐于助人的女人。
that’s just the sort of thing i want.
那正是我想要的那种东西。
* sort 还可以用在of…sort 短语中,kind也有这种用法,即of…kind。
如:
helen would never permit anything of the sort.

* sort of 和 kind of 都可以用作状语,表示“有……”、“有几分……”
如:

2. many students have hobbies, such as reading, painting, growing vegetables in their gradens, or looking after animals.

* like 也可以用来举例,可与such as 互换。
如:

* 表示列举时,such as 和like 后只能接整体之中的部分人或物,不能将全体成员或所有内容一一列举。如我们不能说:

* for example意为“举例”“例如”,是以整体之中的一个为例来举例说明,用以说明某一方面的情况或佐证某一论点,在句子中多用作插入语,为之可以在句首、句末或句中,且前后常用逗号与句子隔开。

例如:空气是无色无味的。
noise, for example, is a kind of pollution as well.

本单元通过mike 和yang ling 到ben家做客,引出话题,谈论"兴趣爱好"。主要学习一般疑问句do you have any hobbies?及其答语yes,i do. no,i don't. 和主语为第三人称单数时动词的用法。

1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词collect, a stamp, beautiful, a classmate, a ship, an animal, take photos, go shopping和a coin。
2、能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型do you have any hobbies? do you like …? yes, i do. /no, i don’t. he/she likes… he/she doesn’t.

《Hobbies》教案 篇6
本课的内容是《牛津小学英语》5b第三单元hobbies的第一课时。本课的教学目标是让学生学会询问或表达自己的喜好。(因为语言学习的目的在于使用,即能够与之交流。)教学设计的中心目的就是让学生一步步将已知的知识和新授的语言信息有机结合,提高语言的交际能力和整合能力。在本节课的教学中,我做了以下三点:
一、创设情境,活跃氛围
创设与主题相应的的英语教学情景,让学生充分感知新的语言材料,确保下一步语言操练的有效进行。为此,我设计了几个教学情境。
1、课前,我已布置学生复习3b等教材上的业余爱好类单词,在组内交流汇总的基础上,再由小组长提供给课代表。课代表将收集到的词组公布于黑板两侧,不仅分享了集体智慧,而且预知了教学内容,也创设了一定的情景。
2、free talk中,以旧引新,用学过的兴趣爱好swimming等引出生词take photos。教师做动作呈现词组,直观形象,让学生帮老师拍照,一方面拉近师生距离,另一方面激发了学生的好奇心和参与课堂的欲望,给学生以深刻印象。同时让学生提前感知单词hobby。
3、新授collect stamps时,呈现本人的集邮册和部分类别邮票的放大图,使新词组collect stamps直观易懂,使学生对集邮产生好奇心,对新词组正真“愿读”,“想读”,“读来兴趣盎然”,让学生在学习过程中体验轻松和愉快。
4、适时插入歌曲“hobbies”,引导学生边唱边用手势表达拍照和种花动作,既活跃了气氛,又巧记了单词。
二、设疑激趣,思贵有疑
思维自惊奇和疑问开始,学生有了问题才会去探索。本课中我设计的四人小组活动任务:询问周边朋友的爱好(do a survey)。使学生进入良好的小组自主学习的氛围:学生在小组调查中,人人有角色,人人有机会运用新句型,交流新词组。在调查之后,增设小组报告环节,更是希望突出本课重点,使优等生有机会展示自己,同时教师能及时从学生那儿获得反馈信息。随后,我结合学生实际应答时的先后顺序,适时出示其余新授词组,再安排听录音,纠正词组的发音并组织认读等。
此外,在四人小组活动中,我注重引导学生间互相帮助,对乐于助困的学生给予肯定,营造团结互助的氛围。在优等生展示自我的同时,让学困生也有更多大胆练习的机会。
三、练习评定,组际交流
课内练习是学生巩固知识的必要环节,也是检测教学效果的有效手段,在组际交流后,我运用预先设计好的练习题(look,read and fill in the blank)让学生操练。因为用当堂检测教学效果的方法,反馈迅速,校正有效,有利于提高英语教学质量。在反馈时,我组织学生以同桌分角色问答的形式,这样在检测学生独立思考的同时,又锻炼了二人小组的默契度。我还以邮票为奖品,奖励积极发言或应答正确的同学,以此激发学生集邮的爱好。
由于本人的教学水平有限,在组织实施过程中还存在诸多有待完善之处:
首先,教学环节的安排和内容的处理上还有待斟酌。
其次,活动形式还不够新活,而且课堂上小结未到位。
另外,根据学生的实际和教材的特点,学生运用完整的句型及设计合理的句群进行班级交流的机会,还不是很多等。
以上是我在执教完5b unit 3《hobbies》一课后的些许体会。小学英语课堂教学是一项复杂的工作,只有我们不断努力,不断尝试,才能使我们的英语课堂教学迈上一个新的台阶。
